For 15 years, Jacob Wolfsheimer has been coaching teenagers. Jacob began his training as a teen himself in the role of camp counselor. Teaching water sports by day, Jacob's campers experience more than just a camp counselor, they found in him an advocate. Writing letters to his own campers proved to be a major hit. Many have reported keeping the letter close by for years.Between 1996 and 1998, Jacob signed on to be one of the first counselors at Teen Advice Online, (www.teenadviceonline.org) responding to advice requests from teenagers and parents of teenagers.
In 1998, Jacob produced a new advice website. Advice for All and later Advice for the Millennium became MavenGlobe Advice on the MavenGlobe.com domain in 2001.
Since 2001, MavenGlobe Advice has served over 92,000 visitors.
